Dispatch Security Access

A security profile for users to access dispatch and the features within dispatch center will need to be enabled and/or disabled in Manage Security Profiles prior to utilizing Dispatch Center. Also see Related Topics.

 

Dispatch Security Access

Navigate To: System>Administration>Manage Security Profiles

 

1. Recall the Profile Name(s) applicable to Dispatch users.
2. Enable Dispatch Center within the Routing menu.
3. Enable Android Messaging within Dispatch Center for use with Route Assist Tablets.
4. Proceed to Context Menu>Dispatch.

• Enable or Disable menu items within Dispatch Center for this security profile.
